The "Limbo Stage" fits on the table between computer work-stations and provides an aesthetically pleasing, lighting friendly backdrop for simple clay animation exercises. Students focus on actual animation and familiarization with the computer software (Stop Motion Pro, iStopmotion or Framethief)
Exercises introduced include: basic motion, basic metamorphosis, replacement animation and a simple walk. A great introduction to clay animation.
Recommended duration:
100 minutes.
Students can work in groups of two to three, depending on the number of school computers and camera's available.
